GSCM Leadership Talk #4 – Leading through cooperation

“GSCM Leadership Talk Series – #4 – Leading through cooperation” organised by the Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management Programme, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, co-organized by Policy Research Institute of Global Supply Chain, HSUHK and Hong Kong Institute of Engineers – Logistics and Transport Division (HKIE LTD), and supported by Hong Kong Sea Transport Logistics Association (HKSTLA), Hong Kong Logistics Association (HKLA) and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK), was held on 18 March 2022 (Friday) via Zoom.

 

The seminar attracted over 250 students and industry practitioners to participate. Our speaker, Mr. Sunny Ho, Executive Director of Hong Kong Shippers’ Council and moderators, Dr. Eugene WONG shared their views and discussed on several important topics, such as the supply chain impact from COVID 19 to Delta and Omicron variants, how to cooperate and engage forward from the trade associations and government and the future of the maritime logistics industry in Hong Kong and China, which provide a lot of insights to the audiences. Lots of participants were very enthusiastic in the Q&A session.
